Come meet the butterflies ...up close and personal in a beautiful indoor butterfly sanctuary & flight room
This fast-paced, high energy program will keep your students talking for years. They will learn to identify, locate, and understand butterflies. They will explore methods of raising butterflies and moths by recycling items from home. Butterfly anatomy and life cycles will be explained using live and mounted specimens. Props and costumes compliment a humorous and entertaining presentation.
One of our butterfly experts will educate, fascinate, and answer questions. We have wonderful classrooms filled with educational exhibits, interactive games, books and posters.
We can provide Painted Lady hatching kits for purchase, if you request ahead of time. You will find a great variety of nature theme items in all price ranges in our gift shop.
